Whatever your computer problem, our engineers are ready to help you. No jargon, no technical speak, when we fix your computer we will also explain what we did and how, without confusing you with technical jargon.
Support costs are low, no paying by the hour or extra time, we have 2 price bands and thats it.
1-2 Hours £35
2-4 Hours £50
If it takes longer than 4 hours to fix, then we accept that and we feel it's unfair to charge you for extra time.
Our fee's includ Labour and in some cases small component changes. Items such as memory or new hard disks are not included, but if a faulty fan needed replacing, we would do that for you free of charge, now who else offers that service?
You always get a full report on what was wrong with your computer and we even give you advice how to avoid it happening again.
