customers; there are two ways we do it; via support contract or by
Pay-as-You-Go.
Our monthly IT Support Agreements are designed to be flexible so that
they fit perfectly with your individual IT support requirements.
Unlike other support companies, we do not ask for payments quarterly or
yearly in advance, you only pay for the IT support services that you
received in the preceding month or when the job is completed.
No matter what your budget is. Quay IT Solutions has an IT support deal that will work for you.
Pay-as-you-go support is ideal for companies with small IT support requirements.
Quay IT Solutions is happy to provide IT support on a relaxed basis,
charged at a standard hourly rate which we are confident is great value
for money.
If you have a cheaper quote we will do our best to beat or match it.
With support contracts Quay IT Solutions will take full responsibility
for your overall IT requirements, for a fixed price per month or by
Pay-as-You-Go as explained above.
These fixed price service contracts make it simple to budget for your
IT requirements because everything except new planning and purchases are
included in the service plan. Each relationship starts with a System Audit to
make sure that we understand your business, what computer systems you
have in place and how you use those systems. Then we become your IT
department, taking full responsibility for all the computer related
activities that keep your business in business. Performing the audit
allows us to work out a cost for your requirements.
We give you a choice of 3 service levels- Bronze, Silver and Gold packages are available, though there is flexibility within these packages.
These levels will then be customized to suite your company.
