Terms and conditions

By choosing to download and use our online support application you accept the terms and conditions associated with it.

Every effort has been made to ensure all software and this website is virus checked and have scanned each file before and after upload to the servers.  Quay IT Solutions accept no responsibility for the loss of data or damage due to the use of any associated software.

The connection established is secure between your PC and the remote engineers computer.   The link is created when you give the engineer a unique access code which is generated each time you run the software.

At no time will Quay IT Solutions have access to your data, or PC while the application is not running or once the support session ends.

The remote support software is branded with the Quay IT Solutions logo and text, the provider of the software is TeamViewer, full terms and conditions of use can be found on thier website at www.teamviewer.com

All remote support sessions are charged in blocks of 10 minuets.  Each block costs £4.50 (£27 per hour). 

Before the session begins the engineer will take some details from you, this is to allow us to bill you for the time spend.  It is important that you keep a record of the time spent connected to our engineer to check we invoice you correctly.

You will be sent an email on your first support session with a username and password, you must reply to this email to confirm your account.

All payment must be made within 7 working days of any support used.

After your first support session, you can provide the engineer with your account number, you can then login to your account and check your usage.

Failure to make payment for your support will result in legal action and interest charges applied in some circumstanses.

You can make payment via PayPal, bank transfer or by cheque.  There will be an additional £2.50 charge made for cheque payments.
